Mario Balotelli got into a heated exchange with Edinson Cavani during Nice's big win over PSG in Ligue 1.

Paris Saint-Germain's Angel Di Maria and Thiago Motta will both be available for the French champions' final match of the Ligue 1 season after the pair were handed two-game bans for their dismissals in last Sunday's 3-1 defeat away at Nice.

The Ligue de Football Professionnel's (LFP) disciplinary committee convened on Thursday and said that the Argentina international has been hit with a two-match suspension -- with potential for a third if he does not show better discipline -- while the veteran Italian got a two-game ban.

Di Maria and Motta will both miss PSG's home Ligue 1 clash with relegation-threatened Bastia this weekend and also Saint-Etienne away in Le Championnat the week after.

However, the pair will be available for the final fixture of the league season at home to Caen and they will also not miss the Coupe de France final against Angers at Stade de France later this month.

Tempers flared on several occasions in Nice's 3-1 against PSG on April 30.

According to L'Equipe, PSG Chairman and CEO Nasser Al-Khelaifi will not face any punishment for his criticism of the handling of the 3-1 loss to Nice at Allianz Riviera by referee Ruddy Buquet.

Al-Khelaifi made sarcastic comments to the official after the game and then criticised the standard of refereeing in France when speaking with journalists in the mixed zone later.

The Syndicate for Elite Referees in France (SAFE) responded to Al-Khelaifi's comments with a strongly worded statement but it looks as if the issue will end there.

The LFP disciplinary committee also opted to prohibit Bastia from taking fans with them on the road for four matches -- one of which has already been served - as part of the punishment for last month's ugly scenes as a clash with Lyon was abandoned.

This means the Corsicans will be without supporters at Parc des Princes against PSG this Saturday as the club attempt to avoid relegation.
